ESM cause #39 Reactivation requested

What it means

Reactivation requested: the network asks the phone to re-establish the PDN connection (e.g. to move it to another gateway).

Where you see it

In LTE NAS PDN connectivity reject, bearer resource reject or EPS bearer deactivation.

What to check

Check the GTPv2 Create Session Response and the HSS APN configuration for the same APN.
